Guardians Ad Litem

We have represented professional Guardians ad Litem in Child Care Cases both in the District Court and High Court in Ireland since 2012. We have extensive knowledge and insight into the area of Child Law, including in-depth knowledge of the Child Care Act 1991 and of other legislation, case law and international conventions which impact on children’s rights.

We at all times advocate that the Voice of the Child should be heard in proceedings concerning children and we prioritise acting for clients who share these values. We are committed to ensuring that the rights of each child who is represented through a Guardian ad Litem are protected and vindicated.

Our principles include applying a child-centred approach to all of our work, being collaborative in dealing with all other parties and taking a proactive approach to assisting our clients in delivering the best possible service to the children who they represent.
